ENZYMES ARE SO IMPORTANT!!

.To understand how important enzymes are to your health you absolutely must read the article below! I never paid much attention to the little bits of enzymes talk in all my reading. I didn't really know what they were and thought if they were so important there would be alot more written about it.
It made so much sense to me that I immediately went and bought enzymes and started taking them. Whoaa... before you dash out the door to get some, let me tell you about my experience with enzymes. They are not all worth your money. I had been taking them for a couple months when I read an article on enzymes and found out you can test your enzymes to see if they are working or alive. I had finished one bottle of a certain brand and had already started on another of a different brand again. As per the article, I cooked up some porridge and put a little into 2 small bowls, one I left just as it was, the other  I opened a capsule and poured the enzyme contents on. The article said that if the enzymes were any good, the bowl with the enzymes poured on it should be watery (that's the enzymes doing their job). Sure enough, I checked a couple hours later and the enzyme bowl was very watery while the other one was hard and rubbery like porridge gets when you leave it plain in the pot. I checked again a few hours later and the enzyme bowl was taking on the consistency of pablum, I could hardly see any of the porridge flakes any more. The plain bowl was now getting a very hard crust on it. I left the bowls overnight and in the morning the enzyme bowl was still getting digested, it was almost all liquid. I've been taking enzymes for about 6 months and just recently bought a new bottle of an unfamiliar brand, they were not capsules, but chalk like tablets. I crushed one up and put it in oatmeal and it did not even make a watery spot let alone break down the whole bowl full. The brand of the one that did not work was Quest, I don't like to give bad views but I don't want people to buy a product that does not work! Sorry Quest! Maybe it was a bad batch.
I now realize that  when I eat enzymeless food it slowly moves through the intestines in a hard lump and that the nutrient crossover through the walls of the intestine isn't going to happen with that big lump!
Yes, our bodies do produce some of their own enzymes, but they are not all supposed to be used to digest food, they also have other important jobs that may get left unattended if they have to go and digest big lumps of enzymeless food. When we eat raw foods they come with their own enzymes to break themselves down, that leaves the enzymes that the body makes available to do the other important jobs!
The article below explains it all so well, please read it, your long term health depends on enzymatic activities! Cheers
